Bobcat 101 and Coffee with the Principal: New families, Lakeview families need a refresher course, or those who have questions are encouraged to join us on Friday, January 24th for a Bobcat 101 course followed by coffee with our very special Principal, Erika Oster! We hope to see you there! Student Movie Night/Parents Night Out is being hosted by the Lakeview PTA on Friday, February 14th from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Student PTA Members are free to attend. Non Members are $5. Enjoy an evening out while your child(ren) enjoy a movie night at Lakeview! >Register here Save the date for the Lakeview Elementary PTA Science Fair, Multicultural Exhibits and Art Reflections Showcase on Tuesday, March 3, 2020 from 6:30-8pm in the Lakeview gym/cafeteria immediately following the Lakeview Open House . See below for more details and how your student can be involved by volunteering to participate! Science Fair: Remember to be judged in the Science Fair students will need to follow the scientific method. The best projects are original where a student thinks of a question on their own and plans an experiment to find an answer. Your child has the option to have his/her project (using the scientific method) judged for recognition and prizes. Demonstrations are always welcome, but will not be judged. Growing mold/bacterial cultures is prohibited. >Register for Science Night here. Bobcat News On Monday, November 11th, the Northwest Independent School District Board of Trustees recognized Lakeview Elementary School for receiving the 2019-21 School of Excellence Award. The Lakeview PTA has submitted an application for the 2021-22 School of Excellence. Thank you to all who supported our mission!
